For Digital books, the access code takes approximately 2-3 business days to be generated after ordering, and the access code and manual will be sent via email.

Please enter the email address to receive the access code accurately.

And we recommend using an email address other than Gmail as Gmail has a high spam blocking rate.

Digital books (ebook, MyLab, Connect, WilyPlus, Zybook, Etc.) cannot be cancelled or returned when in the 'preparing' state.
